Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. Other countries can be selected in the address form, but are not eligible for checkout.
Shipping Cost
All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Handling and Transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Cutoff and Business Days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 p.m. at fixed UTC−06:00 year-round. This cutoff does not change with Chicago daylight saving time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin their handling period on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
