Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
Contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, jeans may be tried on for fit, but must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before sending your return. The authorized return address is 50 Avenue Bel Air, 38150 Roussillon, France. This return destination is in France.
Return Shipping
If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping through a prepaid label or a reimbursement arrangement agreed in advance. For a change of mind, you arrange and pay return shipping, including the cost of returning to France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Opening the packaging to inspect the item, or missing original packaging, does not automatically disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item from assistance. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not prevent review of these issues.
Refunds
After we receive, inspect and approve the return, we initiate the refund to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. For company-error, damaged or defective returns, agreed return shipping costs are also covered.
