Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.
When does handling begin?
Before 7:00 p.m. fixed UTC−06:00 on a business day, handling begins that day. At or after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, it begins the next business day.
How do I choose a size?
Choose waist W28–W40 and inseam L30, L32 or L34. Review the Fit & Size Guide and check the fabric information: pure cotton is non-stretch, while the cotton-elastane styles have light stretch.
How should I care for my jeans?
Follow the care instructions on the product page. Wash inside out with similar colors. Cotton-elastane styles should avoid high heat.
Can I return my jeans?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and original packaging. Try-on for fit is allowed.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for company errors, damage or defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns. Authorized returns go to our company address in France; no restocking fee applies.
When are refunds processed?
After the return is received, inspected and approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Payment-provider posting times may vary.
